Why do we need to study History?
The most vital reason to do so is to identify mistakes of the past and to avoid their repetition in the present and future.
As we can see that humans have evolved themself with the passage of time. They developed themselves and also their surrounding by learning from the past. As we study history, we can clearly see how humans evolved from a wheel to automatic motorcar. So the study of history is important for more and more development of the humankind.
We started from Stone Age, from this we learned how people lived during those times when they had no sources. At the early stages of Stone Age, they were food gatherers and used basic tools for their protection.
Then we can see a significant change when we shift from Paleolithic to Neolithic stone age. They started food gathering, fishing, and hunting for the survival. Also, the tools were more advanced than Paleolithic with a much wider range of their use. The wheel was invented in the Neolithic age. They also started developing shelters which indicated that they were settling at a place for a much longer time.
Then comes the Chalcolithic age, this age witnessed the emergence of metal with stone. Humans also developed new techniques like pottery. With all this development there was the beginning of social inequalities. People started believing in life after death. Started practicing burial system, that was different for different regions.
